Another gifting event, so soon after the last one that was ripe with cheaters & fraud?

Please tell us that there are severe limitations on this round of gifting, like must be in the alliance the whole gifting event, or none of that counts?

We don't want to see a repeat of the last one where it was a merry-go-round of accounts entering alliances, dumping everything, then getting out ASAP, then the next one does that over and over again.
