Why was 1* Colossus not buffed?

With the recent Colossus rework, and no way to get new 1* champs at this time, I had been planning to use Colossus for the last chapter of variant 4. When I was about to use him, though, I saw that his abilities were significantly different from the newly updated version, and he was in fact using his old abilities.

(This issue was noticed on Samsung Galaxy S8, and is likely present on other systems as well.)



Why was 1* Colossus left out of the Colossus rework? Was this intentional?

For other champs that have been/ will be buffed, does that buff apply to the 1* version as well?

It was intentional. Kabam said they didn’t want to overwhelm new players

Hey there, as was mentioned, we didn't want new players to be overwhelmed with all the parts of his new kit, so we decided to keep the 1-Star version with his old abilities.
