Is AA nurfed? Had alliance war fight with mile morries. He evade with 4 nutrotoxion.

    What Sig level is your Archangel? It's possible that Miles might have had a slim chance to evade. Besides that, the more evade charges Miles has, the bigger chance of him evading, so it might have been that.

    What nodes? There are nodes which increase evade ability accuracy, 4 neurotoxins would be 128%, if the node is 40 there is still 12% of the original chance to evade
