6.3.5 power shield bug?

I’m not sure if this has been mentioned as I haven’t seen anything on it, but is the power shield node on 6.3.5 bugged? The node says there’s only a 1% increase to attack during specials but before it was 400%

Maybe it’s a visual bug

Mentioned many, many times. Yes, it’s only a Visual Bug, the actual 400% is applied within the fight.
