For Variant 5...an extra 4-5 gem
I think it’s time to add an additional 4-5 gem to variant rewards. Individual chapters produce 2015 (or 2015-2016) 3-4 gems. With the increased availability of t5b in the glory store and side quests, I think it’s appropriate to consider one of these two things for variant 5 100% completion:
A 2015 generic 4-5 gem
Or a 2015-2016 4-5 class gem
Anyone who would earn it has enough 5/65 champs that it won’t reshape their roster, and it would be novel to see some of the forgotten OG champs have a chance to get that star by their name. Many longtime players have soft spots for these champs that helped clear early content, but we can’t rationally justify ranking them up. The game’s meta (re: t5b) is now is in a nearly identical place to the t2a meta when variant 1 launched and introduced the 3-4 gems.
