This cannot be affected by Ability Accuracy Reduction. Loki’s enhanced Mind Tricks and Illusions grant him full immunity to Reversed Controls, as well as reducing the potency of Passive Damage effects by 300%. Loki is immune to all Incinerate, Nova Flame, Coldsnap, Frostbite, and Degeneration effects, thanks to the Frost Giant’s assistance. Loki’s Combat Power Rate is reduced by -25%, but he generates 7% of a bar of Power per second as long as he is below 2 bars of Power.
Mind Illusion Buffs - Max: 25 Unless otherwise stated, Mind Illusion Buffs on the opponent last indefinitely and have no effect. When landing a Light or Medium attack, 25% chance to place one Mind Illusion Buff on the opponent. This chance is doubled if the opponent is Cursed. When a non-Mind Illusion Buff is gained or expires on the opponent, Loki has a 100% chance to place two Mind Illusion Buffs on them. When Loki prevents an effect due to an immunity, he has a 100% chance to place three Mind Illusion Buffs on the opponent. Mind Illusion Buffs cannot be affected by Nullify, Fate Seal, Stagger, Neutralize, or Buff Steal effects.
All Attacks 50% chance to inflict a Coldsnap Passive, dealing 87.76 Energy Damage over 30 seconds. Max: 20. This chance is doubled if the opponent is Cursed. 100% chance to Nullify all Mind Illusion Buffs on the opponent. If this ability fails to activate, the opponent instead gains a random indefinite Buff of 0% potency. While the opponent is Cursed, they gain three random indefinite Buffs instead of one. Max: 10 each. These Buffs include: Fury, Armor Up, Precision, Cruelty, Regeneration, Prowess, Aptitude, Intensify, Pierce, and Power Efficiency.
Basic Attacks While the opponent is Cursed, Loki has a 30% chance to inflict the opponent with a Stun Passive for 2 seconds.
Heavy Attacks While the opponent is Cursed, each hit is a Guaranteed Critical Hit. Additionally, the second hit has a 100% chance to refresh all personal Curse effects.
Special Attack 1 The second hit steals all of the opponent’s Buffs and Passives, granting Loki a matching Buff or Passive of 20% potency. At the end of this attack, Loki has a 65% chance to refresh all personal Curse effects. This chance increases by a flat 35% against Cosmic Champions.
Special Attack 2 All Coldsnap effects on the opponent are paused during this attack. This attack gains +53811.65 Attack Rating for each Buff and Passive on Loki and Mind Illusion Buff on the opponent. This attack rating increase is tripled if the opponent is Cursed. The second hit is Unblockable and removes all Coldsnap effects on the opponent to inflict an instant Frostbite, dealing 24876.5 Energy Damage for each Coldsnap removed. This damage is tripled if the opponent is Cursed. This attack bypasses all Damage Caps if the opponent is Cursed.
Special Attack 3 After this attack, Curse the opponent for 40 seconds. Cursed opponents take 32.34 Energy Damage and Loki will automatically steal any of their active Buffs and Passives, granting Loki a matching Buff or Passive of 100% potency. If the opponent was already Cursed, refresh its duration and pause it indefinitely.
Signature Ability - The God of Mischief Passive The amount of Power generated per second while Loki is below 2 bars of Power is increased by a flat 5%. While the opponent is Cursed: Any Buffs and Passives on Loki are paused, and charging a Heavy Attack will trigger his personal Stun Passive. Stolen Buffs or Passives gained have a 100% chance to trigger twice.

Unending Ambition With Diablo Loki (Old Effect): +35% Curse Debuff duration. Loki (New Effect): Curse Debuffs become Passive and last 50% longer.
Immortal Souls With Hela Loki (Old Effect): While they are Cursed, Loki always counts as having more Health than his Opponent. Loki (New Effect): While the opponent is Cursed, their Indestructible and Immortality effects suffer -100% Ability Accuracy, except against Science Champions.
Puny God With Hulk (Ragnarok) Loki (Old Effect): Basic Attacks against Loki have a 10% chance to Miss, while his Opponent is under the effect of any Buff. Loki (New Effect): While the opponent is Cursed, they suffer an indefinite 75% potency Falter Passive.
This rework idea out of Loki would make him a great domination for Labyrinth, Abyss, and Necropolis, since his SP2 could bypass damage caps as long as the opponent is cursed.
This would mostly be a reward for completing Act 8. You can get the 6* rarity of Stan Lee on Act 8 Completion, and the 7* rarity of Stan Lee on Act 8 Exploration since he would be a trophy champion.

Excelsior Mode Effects Iron Stan: Start each fight with an indefinite Armor Up Passive, increasing Armor Rating by 9000. Armor Up Passives cannot be removed by Armor Break. Excelsior Hulk: Gain full immunity to all Poison effects, as well as Buff Immunity, and all attacks have a 50% chance to grant an indefinite Fury Passive, increasing Attack Rating by +1963.5. Max: 20.
Excelsior Charges - Max: 20 Unless otherwise stated, Stan Lee’s Excelsior Charges last indefinitely up to 10. Any additional stacks last for 15 seconds. When landing a Light or Medium Attack, 35% chance to gain one Charge. If Stan Lee has Class Advantage, the chance to gain Excelsior Charges on Light and Medium Attacks is increased to 100% and he gains three charges instead of one.
Heavy Attacks On hit, inflict a non-stacking Sunder Passive on the opponent, setting their Critical Resistance to 0 for 30 seconds. While this Sunder Passive is active, Stan Lee ignores all Damage Reduction effects on the opponent. This attack gains an additional effect based on the active mode. Iron Stan: Refresh the duration of all Armor Break Debuffs on the opponent. Stanbuster: Double the amount of Shock Passives on the opponent. Excelsior Hulk: Inflict a Destructibility Passive on the opponent, preventing the activation of Indestructible and Immortality effects.
Special Attacks Each Special Attack has a name for Stan Lee. Special Attacks while not in any mode: Optic Blast, Courtesy of New York, and American Justice. Special Attacks while in Iron Stan Mode: Uni-Beam, Smart Missiles, and Micro Missiles Barrage. Special Attacks while in Stanbuster Mode: Hulk-Smasher, Hulk-Blaster, and Hulk-Buster. Special Attacks while in Excelsior Hulk Mode: Groundswell, Thunderclap, and Worldbreaker.
Special Attack 1 On activation, gain a non-stacking Grit Passive, causing Unstoppable opponents to react to hits as though they weren’t for 30 seconds. While this Grit Passive is active, Stan Lee bypasses all Damage Caps and gains +53811.65 Attack Rating per Excelsior Charge. This attack gains an additional effect based on the active mode. Iron Stan: All hits inflict an Armor Break Debuff, reducing Armor Rating by 750 for 45 seconds. Stanbuster: On hit, inflict a Shock Vulnerability Passive, increasing the potency of all Shock effects by 100% for 45 seconds. Excelsior Hulk: The final hit inflicts a Stun Passive for 8 seconds. This Stun has its duration increased by 15% for each Excelsior Charge, and bypasses immunities to Stun.
Special Attack 2 On activation, gain a non-stacking Precision Passive, increasing Critical Rating by 20250 for 30 seconds. On activation, gain a Cruelty Passive equal to the number of Excelsior Charges, each increasing Critical Damage Rating by +1321.43 for 30 seconds. This attack gains an additional effect based on the active mode. Iron Stan: All hits inflict an Incinerate Passive, dealing 24876.5 Energy Damage over 15 seconds. Stanbuster: The first hit removes all Shock effects on the opponent, and the final three hits deal a burst of 10470 Energy Damage for each Shock removed. Excelsior Hulk: The final hit deals a burst of 2002 Physical Damage for each active personal Fury Passive.
Special Attack 3 Gain a non-stacking True Accuracy Passive for 30 seconds. While this True Accuracy Passive is active, the opponent suffers an indefinite Tracking Passive. Inflict a non-stacking Vulnerability Passive of 2250 potency for 30 seconds. Trigger all effects gained by Stan Lee from Special Attack 1 and Special Attack 2 activations. This attack gains an additional effect based on the active mode. Iron Stan: Inflict a Plasma Passive, dealing 2352.35 Energy Damage per Excelsior Charge over 20 seconds. Stanbuster: Burn up to three bars of Power from the opponent, dealing Direct Damage proportionate to the amount lost. For each bar of Power burned in this way, inflict three of his personal Shock Passives. Excelsior Hulk: Gain personal Fury Passives up to their max.
Signature Ability - Excelsior! Passive Stan Lee enhances his Excelsior Powers, extending the duration of each of his personal Debuffs and Passives by 100%. Additionally, for each of Stan Lee’s personal Debuffs and Passives, gain +10% Combat Power Rate.

Each time Loki fails to Nullify the opponent’s Buffs or Passives for any reason, he gains an indefinite Fury Passive, increasing Attack Rating by +785.4 for the remainder of the fight. Max: 20. This cannot be affected by Ability Accuracy Reduction.
Loki’s enhanced Mind Tricks and Illusions grant him full immunity to Reversed Controls, as well as reducing the potency of Passive Damage effects by 300%.
Loki is immune to all Incinerate, Nova Flame, Coldsnap, Frostbite, and Degeneration effects, thanks to the Frost Giant’s assistance.
Loki’s Combat Power Rate is reduced by -25%, but he generates 7% of a bar of Power per second as long as he is below 2 bars of Power.
Mind Illusion Buffs - Max: 25
Unless otherwise stated, Mind Illusion Buffs on the opponent last indefinitely and have no effect.
When landing a Light or Medium attack, 25% chance to place one Mind Illusion Buff on the opponent. This chance is doubled if the opponent is Cursed.
When a non-Mind Illusion Buff is gained or expires on the opponent, Loki has a 100% chance to place two Mind Illusion Buffs on them.
When Loki prevents an effect due to an immunity, he has a 100% chance to place three Mind Illusion Buffs on the opponent.
Mind Illusion Buffs cannot be affected by Nullify, Fate Seal, Stagger, Neutralize, or Buff Steal effects.
All Attacks
50% chance to inflict a Coldsnap Passive, dealing 87.76 Energy Damage over 30 seconds. Max: 20. This chance is doubled if the opponent is Cursed.
100% chance to Nullify all Mind Illusion Buffs on the opponent. If this ability fails to activate, the opponent instead gains a random indefinite Buff of 0% potency. While the opponent is Cursed, they gain three random indefinite Buffs instead of one. Max: 10 each.
These Buffs include: Fury, Armor Up, Precision, Cruelty, Regeneration, Prowess, Aptitude, Intensify, Pierce, and Power Efficiency.
Basic Attacks
While the opponent is Cursed, Loki has a 30% chance to inflict the opponent with a Stun Passive for 2 seconds.
Heavy Attacks
While the opponent is Cursed, each hit is a Guaranteed Critical Hit. Additionally, the second hit has a 100% chance to refresh all personal Curse effects.
Special Attack 1
The second hit steals all of the opponent’s Buffs and Passives, granting Loki a matching Buff or Passive of 20% potency.
At the end of this attack, Loki has a 65% chance to refresh all personal Curse effects. This chance increases by a flat 35% against Cosmic Champions.
Special Attack 2
All Coldsnap effects on the opponent are paused during this attack.
This attack gains +53811.65 Attack Rating for each Buff and Passive on Loki and Mind Illusion Buff on the opponent. This attack rating increase is tripled if the opponent is Cursed.
The second hit is Unblockable and removes all Coldsnap effects on the opponent to inflict an instant Frostbite, dealing 24876.5 Energy Damage for each Coldsnap removed. This damage is tripled if the opponent is Cursed.
This attack bypasses all Damage Caps if the opponent is Cursed.
Special Attack 3
After this attack, Curse the opponent for 40 seconds. Cursed opponents take 32.34 Energy Damage and Loki will automatically steal any of their active Buffs and Passives, granting Loki a matching Buff or Passive of 100% potency.
If the opponent was already Cursed, refresh its duration and pause it indefinitely.
Signature Ability - The God of Mischief
Passive
The amount of Power generated per second while Loki is below 2 bars of Power is increased by a flat 5%.
While the opponent is Cursed: Any Buffs and Passives on Loki are paused, and charging a Heavy Attack will trigger his personal Stun Passive.

Excelsior Modes - Pre-Fight Ability
Stan Lee has three modes to choose from the Pre-Fight Screen. Select one mode before each fight.
Modes include: Iron Stan, Stanbuster, and Excelsior Hulk.
Excelsior Mode Effects
Iron Stan: Start each fight with an indefinite Armor Up Passive, increasing Armor Rating by 9000. Armor Up Passives cannot be removed by Armor Break. While the above Armor Up Passive is active, Stan Lee can trigger the Parry Mastery against non-contact attacks and gains full immunity to all Bleed, Poison, Shock, Incinerate, Coldsnap, Frostbite, Degeneration, and Slow effects.
Stanbuster: Every 8 seconds, Stan Lee gains an indefinite Armor Up Buff, increasing Armor Rating by 2250. Max: 4. Additionally, gain full immunity to all Bleed, Poison, Shock, Incinerate, Coldsnap, Frostbite, and Ability Accuracy Reduction effects, and all Light and Medium attacks have a 25% chance per Armor Up Buff to inflict a Shock Passive, dealing 17244 Energy Damage over 20 seconds.
Excelsior Hulk: Gain full immunity to all Poison effects, as well as Buff Immunity, and all attacks have a 50% chance to grant an indefinite Fury Passive, increasing Attack Rating by +1963.5. Max: 20.
Excelsior Charges - Max: 20
Unless otherwise stated, Stan Lee’s Excelsior Charges last indefinitely up to 10. Any additional stacks last for 15 seconds.
When landing a Light or Medium Attack, 35% chance to gain one Charge.
If Stan Lee has Class Advantage, the chance to gain Excelsior Charges on Light and Medium Attacks is increased to 100% and he gains three charges instead of one.
Heavy Attacks
On hit, inflict a non-stacking Sunder Passive on the opponent, setting their Critical Resistance to 0 for 30 seconds. While this Sunder Passive is active, Stan Lee ignores all Damage Reduction effects on the opponent.
This attack gains an additional effect based on the active mode.
Iron Stan: Refresh the duration of all Armor Break Debuffs on the opponent.
Stanbuster: Double the amount of Shock Passives on the opponent.
Excelsior Hulk: Inflict a Destructibility Passive on the opponent, preventing the activation of Indestructible and Immortality effects.

Special Attack 1
On activation, gain a non-stacking Grit Passive, causing Unstoppable opponents to react to hits as though they weren’t for 30 seconds. While this Grit Passive is active, Stan Lee bypasses all Damage Caps and gains +53811.65 Attack Rating per Excelsior Charge.
This attack gains an additional effect based on the active mode.
Iron Stan: All hits inflict an Armor Break Debuff, reducing Armor Rating by 750 for 45 seconds.
Stanbuster: On hit, inflict a Shock Vulnerability Passive, increasing the potency of all Shock effects by 100% for 45 seconds.
Excelsior Hulk: The final hit inflicts a Stun Passive for 8 seconds. This Stun has its duration increased by 15% for each Excelsior Charge, and bypasses immunities to Stun.
Special Attack 2
On activation, gain a non-stacking Precision Passive, increasing Critical Rating by 20250 for 30 seconds.
On activation, gain a Cruelty Passive equal to the number of Excelsior Charges, each increasing Critical Damage Rating by +1321.43 for 30 seconds.
This attack gains an additional effect based on the active mode.
Iron Stan: All hits inflict an Incinerate Passive, dealing 24876.5 Energy Damage over 15 seconds.
Stanbuster: The first hit removes all Shock effects on the opponent, and the final three hits deal a burst of 10470 Energy Damage for each Shock removed.
Excelsior Hulk: The final hit deals a burst of 2002 Physical Damage for each active personal Fury Passive.
Special Attack 3
Gain a non-stacking True Accuracy Passive for 30 seconds. While this True Accuracy Passive is active, the opponent suffers an indefinite Tracking Passive.
Inflict a non-stacking Vulnerability Passive of 2250 potency for 30 seconds.
Trigger all effects gained by Stan Lee from Special Attack 1 and Special Attack 2 activations.
This attack gains an additional effect based on the active mode.
Iron Stan: Inflict a Plasma Passive, dealing 2352.35 Energy Damage per Excelsior Charge over 20 seconds.
Stanbuster: Burn up to three bars of Power from the opponent, dealing Direct Damage proportionate to the amount lost. For each bar of Power burned in this way, inflict three of his personal Shock Passives.
