Doc oc heal block not working with short circuit boost

Was trying to do the 6:3:6 thunderstruck path but doc oc healblock wasn’t allowing me to apply healblock

If he is dup, then he doesnt place a heal block debuff on the opponent. But I can see that ihe icon it shows up is misleading, and should be updated anytime to match the description of his ability
