Degen 6.2 1 w/aegon vs dormamu

Just got eaten alive without even getting hit and losing my combo fighting vs the dormamu mini in 6.2.1. I get degen from getting hit. But I wasn't hit once. Just a constant refreshing degen. Can anyone explain this?

    Perhaps the Dormammu? You know, with his signature ability? Aegon uses a bunch of buffs, and when those go away, dormammu can cause you to degenerate.
