CAIW unawakened worth r4 ?

Silly question but is CAIW worth rank 4 unduped. Like I know he is a beast awakened but is he worth the r4 slot even without his signature ability?

He’s still a good champ. R4 worthy depends on your account and your options.

Brought mine to R5 unduped. He's a good solid champ even without the sig. Sig just makes him better.
