New Kabam Policy

Since when did Kabam change their policy to request a ridiculous amount of information to verify your account? Seems like they want your first born so they can get away with ignoring everyone and not helping anyone.

You mean they want to protect accounts from hackers by asking foe info that only an account holder should know?

It's been that way as long as I can remember. Otherwise anyone could Cain access to someone's Account.

I’ve submitted tickets before and never got a 7 point verification system. I understand a few things of course. Plus it isn’t listed on their form online to submit a ticket.

General tickets wouldn’t need full verification.

But if you are asking them to change any identifying info about the account (attached email or login, etc), then obviously they would want to know that you didn’t just buy (or scam) the account from someone else and are trying to take it over.

Hey there, as some others have mentioned, the extra security questions are in place to provide an extra layer of protection and help keep players' accounts safe and secure. They aren't necessary for every request submitted in a ticket, but are necessary for some of the more sensitive and important ones.
