Is there something wrong with the Labyrinth of legends 2nd Enrage timer

I was doing ex. starlord and I got around 4 minutes of playing before both timers expired. Is this supposed to happen?

It completely depends on the base attack of the champion you were using. If their attack is over 2000 or 2500 i cant remember exactly the rage timer is increased a substantial amount.
