Who to rank up

I have 5* domino 5* warlock and 5* elsa bloodstone all at rank 3 need 3 t4 basic to rank either of them to rank 4 but dont know which one to rank up? None of them are duped

Rank up Warlock first. Then Domino when you amass the recourses again.
Neither of em really needs dupe
