Which champion do I rank up next?

Greetings fellow summoners, I am an average player who is taking this game seriously after reaching level 57 :p I need some help in understanding which champion do I take to next rank. Just to update: Mediocre dexterity skills, relies mostly on parry and blocks.

    I have 4* duped cull in my other account. He's a beast. Thanks for the reply though :)

    BWCV is a beast, AA, blade and not to mention torch

    Should I focus more on 4* champs or 5*? I still use my 4* champs a lot. Especially, CAIW, Hulk(Ragnarok)
