I need a clearance about Namor's selling

Hey guys, I need a confirm by community about Namor's selling.
I got Namor back in featured or sub featured ( I can't remember exactly ) cav when he first came out, then I used an awakening gem on him and put 92 mutant sig stones, after all that in december when they gave us 15k 5* shards, I opened 2 5* crystal and got him again and now he is at 113. So here is what I wanna know ; if I sell my Namor, I will get rank up materials, sig stones and a 20 sig Namor , then I can take him to 112 , so basically I can trade 1 sig level for my awakening gem, right ?

You'll get stones back for any sug stones you put in him. But you won't be anything back for natural duplicates

You'll get back all the rank up materials, the AG and the sig stones back.

You'll get him back at Rank 1 level 1 with a Sig of 20
