Incorrect Rewards received from V4

I just finished exploration for my V4, and instead of a 4-5 5* Rank up gem, which I thought I had receive and spun out, mysteriously became a 4-5 4* rank up gem in my inventory.
It’s a HUGE difference.
I’ve sent in a help ticket, but people... if you’re too like me who have just finished completion/exploration of any Variant, please check your rewards.

you sure that science 4-5 gem in your inventory isn't what you spun out?

Nah... I spun out a Skill.

Sure that another Skill Gem isn’t listed elsewhere in Inventory, just like those couple other Mystic ones are separated from the rest of the group ?? And assume you’ve restarted game in case it’s a refresh issue ??

The mystic ones that are separated from the rest are the 2016 gems.

Contact support aks them what u got out of the cystal if ther tel u it was the sceion one if ther tel it a skil one then ther need to revser it

Yea I did @LibertyPrimeV1, and they’re probably gonna be unused. I’ve already got Magik and GR ranked up. Don’t see a point in ranking any others.

Did you try checking all the other gems you have, just in case it was a display error showing a different class picture for that new Skill Gem ?

Or maybe display during opening was somehow the wrong color Gem (did it actually say Skill if you clicked on it at time of opening .

(grasping at straws, but mismatched icon pics have known to occur in past)

I mean....other than the Gold, I don't see a reason why not. They'll just sit there unused. The pool isn't changing.

Well... it’s possible. Humans do make error, and I may have absolutely seen it wrongly and got confused. And If I did, apologies forum mod for the fuss.
Still doesn’t change what I wanted to point out, that it wouldn’t hurt to check your rewards.
