I have not left good characters in the crystals of 5 that with much effort and nothing comes

I have about 5 crystals of 5 that I do not get anything the last ones that came out were: Hela, Massacre, Winter Soldier, Moon Knight and Punisher 2099. But I am not asking you to always leave me Tops but characters that do not leave me They are welcome.
