What if a player unintentionally violates a term of service?

Hey!
Imagine yourself getting banned temporarily and you do not know the reason for it because according to you, you have not cheated in this game or abused anyother player. And kabam does not share the details concerning why your account was banned. Right?

Now, after the ban period, what if you unknowingly do the same mistake and this time, you get permanently banned.🤷‍♂
Lets say, You have been playing this game for mayb 3-4 years and now its all gone. And you dont know why, you dont know what mistake you have done...

So i just wanted to ask, kabam, what if we do the same mistake again that we dont even know about because we are not given any statement regarding why our account was banned.
That does not sound right..does it?

Ignorance is no reason to not follow the rules.

Say someone legitimately did not know murder was wrong. Would it be ok for that person to commit murder? Would this person avoid punishment for their crime? Of course not.

This is why you need to agree with the ToS before being able to play the game

Yep... But what might be the other reasons for getting banned?
Rather than account sharing, using mod or scripts, in-game abuse.

My advice for those that get banned 'unintentionally' as you put it, read the ToS during your ban/down time. Carefully. Know it. It's all written out for everyone to read. It's not like it's some secret text that only a few can access. I'm sure with a bit of motivation to NOT make the same 'mistake' again, one can avoid ToS Violations. I don't see why Kabam has to spell out which section of the ToS you've breached. They expect you to know what you agreed too in the 1st place, yah know? So if you read it carefully, I'm sure a little light will turn on in your head when you hit a part that you weren't aware was against their Terms of Service. Then it's just a matter of not doing it again. Food for thought anyway.
