Is 5* nick fury worth ranking unawakened?

His greatest value unawakened is synergy for cap marvel and his fury boost when dead.

If running Heimdall fury synergy with either Angela or Hela, you can keep your tactile charges indefinitely and makes him somewhat closer to his 2nd phase. Just make sure you proc the synergy fury 1st thing in the fight. If you gain any tactile charges before proccing the perma-fury, you will need to get to all 20 charges and start over.

Getting 15-19 tactile charges will make him unblockable for as long as you stay in that range, meaning not taking any hits or using his Sp1 if he is 16 charges or more.

Plus with Heimdall's cheat death and/or Angela/Hela's revive synergy, you can effectively have a poor man's awakened NF unawakened lol.

He's fairly average without but with the right synergies and deep wounds he is still really good. You should still rank him. Especially because you'll eventually want to dupe him. Unless kabam pulls a scarlet witch "rebalance" on him.
