Armor break immune vs Annihulus

Can someone please explain to me why annihulus can stifle an armor break immune champ? The description ain’t really clear because it makes it sound like stifle can only occur alongside an armor break.

That is correct, as long as annihilus attempted to armor break, the stifle would occur, regardless of armor immunity.
