Problems Connecting to Network

I was just playing not more than 10 mins ago, and I got an error message saying Problems Connecting to Network... I obviously don't, otherwise I won't be able to post something here. I clear all my cache, did everything, short of installing and re-installing the app (which works if you are having a problem updating through Google Play and getting an error "Phone not compatible with current version", but that's another story). Other people have posted about this numerous times, so meaning, it's a recurring issue. Has anyone looked into this, and fixed it?
