6.3.1 evade boost still not working

As the title implies, the same 6.1 bug is back. The boost is supposed to give you a true strike whenever a buff is nullified off your cosmic champion. I’ve been playing that evade mesmerize pilfer path with venom, and i’m still getting stunned when they would be evading me mid combo (but aren’t evading from my true strike passive from the boost). Kabam is there any update on this? I thought it was supposed to be fixed this patch? I’ve officially wasted that boost twice along with a bunch of revives each time I attempt this path, only to find it still bugged. All updates appreciated
