Roster Strategy Help

So I’m 63% done with Act 4 and I’ve done just the first quest on Act 5. I’m probably going to rank up Mr. Sinister next once I’m able but should I be shifting to other 4 stars as well? I’ve relied on my Darkhark/Annihilus/MK for a lot and despite all the flack they get I really like them but not sure it’s worth it to keep ranking up Annihilus. Anyway what should I focus on?

Symbiote Supreme is an amazing champ and will continue to carry you for a long time, even into Act 5.

Quake takes some real skill to use correctly, but if you can manage it, then she can get through really difficult content with minimal issues.

Blade is also a solid champion to focus on, unawakened he lacks the sustainability from his regen, but he's still great.

Venom the Duck, Captain Marvel (Movie) & Medusa are also great champions who are worth utilising.
