Servers are unreachable!

It seems I was using data mobile and wifi but the servers were unreachable when playing alliance quest, I lost half of the health of my precious crossbones and lost boosters, I am attaching images for reference, the internet that I have is good but nowadays the game is experiencing a lot of lag , please fix this Kabam and ty
