Is unduped 4* Abomination any good?

Drew him yesterday, see him occasionally in AW, but I've got 46 4* champs and don't even want to use the cats to rank him up at all unless he's decent as is.

Nope. He's okay duped but nothing amazing unless he catches you off guard. In AQ he's one fight that can give me issues.
