Why are the social dynamics of this gane seem based on summoner greed?

you never can recruit everybody has a bad attitude on this game kabam. why? because your resources and rewards are horrible and it gets old. the in game chat is vile if you post a recruitment thread in this forum you get views but no comments. you people are making this game impossible to play. lets not start in on the vs arena bots and the pay to win leaderboard thats always the same people winning always. its really old. kabam needs to revamp this game.

There are other ways to find alliances than the forums or ingame chat.

Sorry I misread it as well as there are a couple commas missing in there. Are you looking to recruit people or looking for an alliance because that's not what I am understanding. You say recruiting is hard, but then come at me saying alliances will kick you for little mistakes. If those are the alliances you have been in, then those ones are probably not the one for you and there are different types of alliances out there from the ones that's are laid back and progressive to the ones that are geared to being a top alliance. If you are looking to recruit people or to find an alliance, there is ingame, forums, reddit, line and potentially more places.

Ok I’ve been in a decent amount of alliance and have truly have never had an issue. I’ve been I higher end and lower end depending on what I’m looking for in that time.

Now the biggest mistake I see happen is people either:

A. Aren’t honest about themselves and their skills and end up in an alliance they don’t belong. If you aren’t able to keep up you need to find an alliance that is your pace.

B. People don’t “shop” for an alliance that matches how they play the game. The seek top rewards first instead of being open and finding somewhere they fit.

I’ve had more issue with hoppers than having to kick people when an officer and by being honest have never found myself in an alliance where I had to leave or be kicked because it wasn’t a fit.

Some alliances are cut throat. I don’t like that so have never been in one. I say this when talking to alliance leaders and officers. If that isn’t what you want say it when joining and talk to the leader or officer you are working with. Ask the right questions on entry and you’ll have less issue. Feel out the environment early and leave if you don’t think it’s a fit to. But be cordial and let people know too.

If it's so vile maybe u need to play the game without an alliance or start your own alliance so it only has the qualities u are looking for.

I have recruited many people from the recruitment thread. The in game chat? Who uses that lol. Ours isn't vile or not vile. It's non existent. Resources and rewards seem pretty good. Maybe your are playing the game wrong or have never found a good alliance.
