Although truthfully I can't see J.J.J. being too useful in CoC. Well... except maybe vs Spider-Man. He can fling headlines at him that will passively degenerate his public integrity, lol. Seriously though, the Character Wishlist Thread is the place for such ideas. Who knows, maybe he'll be added someday. More than likely would be a supporting story NPC if anything.
