I want to know more about the information about selling manor cull obsidian which I did between day 9 or 12 I want to know if we are getting the champ back or is just what we use to rank them up

you will get the resources/champs back on March 9th, you get the champ back along with any dupes received, gold, ISO, rank up/awakening gems (if you used any) and sig stones (if you used any)
