Warlock Regen not working

in Bugs and Known Issues
Warlock's regen after using a sp3 isn't working. I've tried numerous times, all while having multiple infections on the opponent.

    Hey there, do you have any video of this or would you be able to tell us who you were fighting and what nodes were active at the time?
