Magnetic field: While holding block, Magneto repels all attacks including special attacks from metal champions, as well as causing ? damage per second, costing 1 magnetism charge per second. Magneto cannot gain magnetism charges while holding block.
Against Metal Champions: +50% Attack for Magneto Metal Champs -100% ability accuracy Robots -100% ability accuracy and unable to gain any power
Also Magneto should have a slow mechanic and the ability to parry projectiles and every time Magneto parry's a projectile or get hit from a projectile, he gains a passive prowess charge (max 5), which increases the attack by 30% for each charge during a special attack.
