    A few random ideas:

Immune to degen from #metal champs.

    Immune to aftershock effects.

Flat X% chance to passively evade any metal projectile attack.

X% chance to evade attacks from #metal champs.

Nullifies all passive effects on # metal champs.

#metal champs suffer -X% power gain against Magneto.

Sp1 power burns bleed immune #metal champs.

Is this Guy Getting a Buff? Like after the Hulkbuster....
Instead of Introducing 2 to 3 New Champions, You could introduce 1 Champion per month and Revamp a Meme Tier or Useless Tier Champ....

    Passive:
Magneto builds a magnetism charge every 2 seconds. Max 5 charges.

Once Magneto has 5 magnetism charges, he begins to build metal charges, 1 per every 3 seconds. Max 5 charges.

    Heavy metal:
Having atleast 1 metal charge gives magneto an increased attack rating of ? as well as bleeding the opponent for ? damage. Each hit expends 1 metal charge. After becoming sufficently impailed by metal shards by having been inflicted by 5 metal charges, non-metal champions become a #metal champion for 20 seconds.

    Magnetic field:
While holding block, Magneto repels all attacks including special attacks from metal champions, as well as causing ? damage per second, costing 1 magnetism charge per second. Magneto cannot gain magnetism charges while holding block.

    Parries projectiles
And projectiles from metal opponents deal 70% less damage

A change in his animation that involves using metal objects as basic attacks giving him bleed capabilities on basics

    Against Metal Champions:
    +50% Attack for Magneto
    Metal Champs -100% ability accuracy
Robots -100% ability accuracy and unable to gain any power

Also Magneto should have a slow mechanic and the ability to parry projectiles and every time Magneto parry's a projectile or get hit from a projectile, he gains a passive prowess charge (max 5), which increases the attack by 30% for each charge during a special attack.
