Why are you asking about Rank 5? I promise you'll have lots more 5*s to choose from when it comes time to make that decision. Your immediate concern should be Rank 2, and yes Doc Ock is worth it, as is Old Man Logan.

Doc oc, mephisto, and old man Logan are all great champs at your progression level. They are all worthy of taking to rank 4 without question.
