Suicides not working?

My alliance members been switching between suicides and no suicides builds during the free week to see the difference and they discovered that there is practically no difference at all!?
Can someone confirm this? I asked my alliance members to post the videos and pics they took on here when they can but it does seem they don't work.

    Technically challenged to combine these videos

    Here are two videos I did this morning as a quick challenge.
    First is no suicides, second is full suicides
    Basic hits 710 with suicides 736
    crit hits 2029/3155 with suicides 2105/3283

    Am I missing something here?

    yes, you are missing Cap's abilities: in the second video you don't have any charge on your Cap IW, while in the first video you are charged for all the fight, and when charged Cap gain +50% atk ^_^

    @DuMonU thanks for posting now what @te_dua_shum says makes sense but that doesn't explain why Trogdor also had no damage increase when using his R2 6* Havok's L3. As far as I know Havok doesn't have any damage increase like cap or am I wrong?

    From Havok's character spotlight on recommended masteries:
    Courage/Glass Cannon/Greater Strength: When Havok uses his Special 3 the combination of Prowess and Purifying Plasma Build Ups can allow him to effectively multiply the bonus he gets from increasing his Attack.

    Does that not imply prowess scales with base attack?

    With suicides, took off 30% of ROL WS with sp3 using max prowess/plasma build up and 12% sp3 bonus

    Without suicides and same 12% sp3 bonus, removed 26% of ROL WS health
