I'm a bit confused because I didn't received the season reward for season 15 even if I played all AW for the last season. The season 16 already started and I'm missing my rewards.

If you don’t have rewards now you either left the ally too early or didn’t qualify

Si If i understand good so the season 15 ended 14days ago, than was a qualification to season 16 and now We are continuous through the season 16 which should end in 26days.
Or how is it working?
