Cap IW Synergy Bug

On a parry, Cap IW is applying a petrify when there isn't a tech character on my team. Discovered it in Arena (had cap, cosmic champ, and skill champy) and tested in realm of legends.

He is also applying it when there is no synergy active.

It is a known bug, and there is a fix announced for it already
