Duped Doctor Doom

Anyone with duped doctor doom experience know if it would be very beneficial to take his signature level up? Currently at 40. I know his prestige will increase but what about offensive output from signature? Any noticeable changes?

Doctor Doom doesn't really need his awakened ability. Yes, it's nice, but many other mystic champs need it more eg. Doc Voodoo, Scarlet Witch... save the sig levels, level 40 is enough.
