Money Costs and making the Game Great

Hi All, CAPTAIN_AMERICA here. Is it just me of is this game expensive for a kid from Brooklyn... Who learned how to balance a budget in the 40s.
1) The game is great.
2) Great games = In Game advancement
3) If some pocket change makes my gaming experience better, well I'd chalk it up to 80s arcade money, or 40's fair hot dog money...
4) By my budget, costs and fees are about 60% too expensive to be captivating.
i.e. Make the 4 Star rank up Package to Level 4 package = 40$ instead of 100$ and I would become a steady, monthly investor.
4 Star Vison was what, 160$ ???
And again, I take the 90+ members I kicked out of my alliance for having not logged in in over 9 months as a sample of people losing interest for slow progress.
