Generic Awakening Gem debate

Hi, I recently 100% completed Act 4 and I'm debating on either using the gem on my maxed out 4-star Colossus or Hyperion. I'm currently at the start of 5.3, and intend to start it soon, who should I awaken if I don't wanna wait?
