Unawakened 5* Omega or Guilly R4?

I am Level 52, Uncollected, F2P who does the monthly events, AQ, and currently working through Act 5. I have 9 5* champs, all unawakened (Omega, Guilly, Masacre, Jane Thor, Storm, Elektra, Rogue, Nebula, Captain Marvel). I have the resources in hand to rank Guilly to R-4 now or can work to get one more mutant catalyst to rank Omega. Can anyone provide thoughts? Also, I have a 5* tech awakening gem...should I use it on Nebula or hold it for a better 5* Tech?

    Omega Red.Even though he's unawakened,he could still carry you through act 5 because he has the deathspores and death field, not to mention immune to limbo and thorns if you only atack with tentacles.

    Definetly omega also save your awakening gem
