10.3 Mill alliance needs one 4700+ for retiring player

We are looking to replace one that will be retiring very soon. We are a 5x5 alliance, score 100mill+ in AQ and tier 2-3 in AW. Need to have at least 1 r4 5* but preferably 2. Need to be able to handle your own line in AQ without everyone else needing to pick up the slack.
