**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

How to go about appealing your ban

I have an alliance member in my BG, to my knowledge he has never cheated or used mods/third party etc in any way. All he has done is use 2 phones to play 1 account which is his account. As far as i know using 1 account on 2 different devices should not be against ToS but he has been banned for 152 day. How does one go about contacting kabam to ask specifically why he was banned or otherwise how to contact kabam to appeal the ban?

He needs to contact tech support. The forum can't help them. It's against the T.O.S. to discuss matters relating to bans on the forum.

only thing I'd like to ask is why exactly he plays on two phones? Cause if that's the case, their automatic moderation system may have accidentally picked that up as some sort of merc service going on...

Lots of ppl use 2 devices for 1 account. I use my Samsung cellphone when away from home and use my Ipad at the house. I will do general questing on my cell, but use my iPad for AQ/AW. I've never had an issue. I know a bunch of ppl that use 2 devices. Kabam has started repeatedly that it's fine and not against the rules.

Just confirmed, the member got use a phone emulator to play on computer 5 months ago, but he hasnt used it since then. At least that maybe possibly explains why he got banned lol.

  • Hi Championcritic,

The forums are not the place to discuss any actions taken on individual accounts, including in-game bans. There is more information here in our forums regarding bans.
