Dungeon Boost Refunds

My in game name is Sudhanshu33
Kabam said they'll take my Dungeon Boost and Will refund back the Units to us
But I still have my Dungeon Boost in my inventory and want those units if those boosts no longer needed

U will need to contact tech support. They are the only ones who can help you

It's taking time. If the Boosts are still in your inventory, that just means they haven't got to your account yet. Give them time. They have to skim through all the accounts in game. Locate those with the boosts. Then remove them, and send out the refund. This is no small task. All one can do wait patiently. They'll get to your account in time. I just got mine about an hour or so ago. So they're definitely still working on this. Probably will take a few days for some to revive the refund.

A lot of people have gotten units for a dungeon refund, but I still haven’t gotten any. They say they didn’t buy any dungeon boosts or potions, and neither have I. Has anyone else not gotten the compensation?

I'm not completely sure, but I think they are planning a revamp of dungeons so they took away the boosts bc they might not be needed or might be too powerful.
As for why dungeons were ended early, i don't know

I never once bought a dungeon boost, in fact, I never used the one kabam gave me, and I got the 'refund'

You only got a refund if you had dungeon boosts in your inventory.

I've never bought any either, but had 3 in my inventory given to me so I got back 180 Units. 60 per boost.

I also didn't got any unit. People who don't had any dungeon boosts got refund so I should also get those units ASAP.

You can't be refunded for something you didn't have. If you have Dungeons Boosts left in your inventory, contact support.
