Green Goblin in metagame

What do you guys think of green goblin, do you think he needs a synergy buff, a tweek, or a full overhaul? I personally think his character doesnt do him justice for the amount of importance he has in the comics so I'd like to seem him atleast get somewhat of a buff or atleast get synergies that make him with some of the sinister six viable. That's just my 2 cents, take it with a grain of salt if it somehow makes you salty.

I like his mechanics. He does need a boost in attack. Kabam could double his abilities with the madness/cunning charges.

If equal to or more madness charges than cunning gain x% in attack per madness charge.

If equal to or more cunning charges than madness charges gain x% in critical rate per cunning charge.

He needs a boost in chance of incinerate on heavy attack as well.
