New labels for champions(upgrade icon changes)

Has anyone noticed the icon above your Champions that tells you if your champions is available for rank up now shows you how close how close you are to being able to upgrade that champ?
I personally think this is more confusing for the champion screen. With everyone showing some sort of blue I find it harder to find the champs that are ready for a rank up.
Can we get this switched back? I dont think it helps the game only makes that screen more confusing.
