Low crit rate with latest update

Has anyone notice a lower percentage crit rate after this last update? In arena I have definitely noticed it. I just want to know if anyone else has the same issue.

It just rng dude and right now your just not criting a lot I’m sorry for you but there is nothing you can do

My havok was criting like crazy two fights ago. Works for me.
