Nebula Power drain Becoming Power Gain

I wanted to test whether Nebula is a good tech champ, and apparently after several duels, I found that her Sp 1 power drain does the reverse.

Please look into this bug.

No matter what power drain shouldn't be power gain so something is bugged cause she doesn't have power gain

Her sp1 only drains power if the opponent has shock debuffs on them

Happening for every power control, voodoo, dormammu, magik, vision, etc
