In game mail about items for server disruption

Got the in game mail today and it was blank. Tried restarting app and nothing.

Hey Jimmy_Utah83, I'm sorry to hear of this! This can happen when you claim rewards directly from the Stash in the Rewards tab instead of claiming them from the messages. They're still in your inventory, but no longer show in the messages.

If you're positive that this isn't the case, your best option would be to send a message to our Support Team so that they can take a look at what happened for you. I hope this helps!
