Can’t progress in quests because the game doesn’t let me.

Nothing happens when I press the next tile in some quest in act 5.

    This happens in multiple quests while I’m farming energy refills an potions.

    Theres only the sound effect of pressing the next tile but i dont move at all.

    Hey there, would you be able to tell us what Chapters and Quests this happened in or provide screenshots of what you're seeing?

    Same here
    Must be since theres no visible gate there the game still thinks there is hence not letting us pass it

    This can occur if you are trying to go through Act 5, Chapter 3 but have already used your Keys. You can contact our Support Team for assistance with this by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the game's home screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". you can also find out more info about that Chapter and the Keys here for reference.
