Alliance war season rewards

I didn't receive season 15 alliance war end of season rewards. And I'm fairly certain I didn't receive season 14 either. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so, was it resolved? And How?

@Danthexman Have you been with the same Alliance straight on through? If so, you should've opened a Support Ticket a day after the rewards dropped. Just for clarification, you must be in the Alliance when the rewards drop, and participate in at minimum 5 wars with said Alliance to even qualify for them.

So, provided you did the aforementioned things, and still didn't recieve Season rewards, you should open a Support Ticket and find out why. They cannot help you here with individual account issues such as this. I would definitely advise you to do this ASAP just to help ensure it doesn't happen again.

Maybe they can get you Season 15 rewards too, but considering how far past the mark it is, it's unlikely they can. Tap the link below to do so. Or in game, tap the gear icon in the upper lefthand corner of the home screen. Then tap the green 'Support' button to enter the process. Best of luck figuring this out!

Thanks for that. I have been with this alliance for a good while now. I did try to put in a complaint but couldn't find a direct contact link so thanks for that. I'll follow that up. Still curious to see if anyone else found themselves in this situation

And you’re certain you’re NOT talking about the 2 weeks worth of Wars that are “off-season” and take place BETWEEN 2 different Seasons ??
There is no season rewards for those 2-Week intermissions.
Current season started 1.5 weeks ago, so last actual season ended a long 3.5 weeks ago.
