Medusa armor shattered not working

New month uncollected chapter 2.1 ultron keep gaining power even after medusa put armor shattered on him and iv test it with a duel as well so please take a look into it thanks

The ultron has power focus 1, which boosts his power rate under 1 bar by 60%. He starts with 100% power gain rate. So, when Medusa armor shatters him he gets -100% power gain, but 160-100 still gives him 60% power rate under 1 bar of power.
