Please take a look at his evade chance. He seems to be tuned higher than 1% with astral causing an almost guaranteed death. Your lucky to hit 50 combo.

    Void. Insult to injury i had evade reduction up for most of the fights.

    Mordo should be immune to ability accuracy, from the slow debuff on him.
    But Fatigue would work

    Did him with doom, had no problem at all. 1 maybe 2 evades and that was it
