Request to add 'Report Abuse/Racist' button

Everyday global chat is filled with idiots being racist, uncultured and extremely offensive. There is a report user button but what exactly does it report? I dont expect kabam has time to check their chat history. May be you ll look into their account activity.

Yes there is a block user setting but that is not enough, there needs to be a button or setting so that we can report them for the exact offense and they should be punished by stating the reason . Like ban them for a few days and send them the message 'this' is why. Each day it is getting worse. Thankyou for your time

To allow to report can lead to abuse by reporting someone that you dislike. I am not sure that kabam has enough employees to check if the abuse is real each time ...
